TRANSFORM is coordinated by 18 partners with complementary expertise: research centres, farms, universities, chambers of agriculture, regional policy-makers... This Europe-wide consortium encourages the sharing of tools and data, which will be adaptable to other regions in Europe, while addressing the specific challenges of each territory.
