Explore our pilot sites

The TRANSFORM project is active in Europe's Atlantic biogeographic area, developing new crop rotations to meet the challenges of climate change. Farmers, researchers and local actors are testing TRANSFORM’s approaches in five 'demonstration' regions. They will then be taken forward in a further three 'replication' regions to validate the approaches in other regional contexts.
