Our sister projects
TRANSFORM is part of a wider community of projects working towards climate resilience across Europe. Several sister projects, funded under the same Horizon Europe call 'Demonstration of climate resilience solutions in support of the implementation of the Adaptation to Climate Change Mission' (HORIZON-MISS-2023-CLIMA-01), share similar objectives and challenges. Together, these initiatives contribute to advancing innovative solutions, exchanging knowledge and supporting the implementation of the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change.
DRYAD
This project develops and implements real-life, climate-resilient nature-based solutions (NbS), to enhance the resilience of Mediterranean agro-silvo-pastoral ecosystems and landscapes (MAEs).
Precilience
This project develops climate adaptation precision solutions for the agriculture and forestry sectors in the boreal regions of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
Clima Pannonia
This project aims to stregthen climate resilience in agriculture and communities across the Pannonian Biogeographical Area. It promotes climate-neutral solutions in key subsectors and works with regional and European partners to implement and scale innovative approaches.
